“We all work as a team and we all are very interested in seeing Hancock Lumber be successful. We are successful because of that Team Hancock philosophy that we have. Like anything else, if you put the time in and you want to work, you can move on. It’s really up to the individual. If they want to do a job that they’re not qualified for yet, they need to just work towards that. Usually, in fact – most of the time, that opportunity will be provided.”

“Ten years ago I was looking for a summer job, so I applied here. I ended up really liking it a lot. I enjoy being in the smaller setting, learning more about the customer and the project they’re doing. Oftentimes I find you can help them out quite a bit. We really take pride in ensuring the customer leaves here with what they need.”
