I had three customers come in and they were referred by a friend to see Hurley in our yard for assistance on their project. They then came into the store to see me so they could let me know how helpful Hurley was and how much they truly appreciated the service he provided them, along with the counter pros. Hurley is providing an excellent customer experience to Hancock customers, so much so that they have their friends come here and see Hurley, too.
