I want to give a huge shout‑out to our Logistics Manager Jerome and Inventory Manager Chris for stepping up in a big way while I was offsite. When the facility was hit with a plumbing issue that shut down all toilet and sink usage, they handled the situation with calm, cool heads and absolute professionalism. They kept operations steady, supported the team, and navigated a messy challenge like true pros. Their leadership made all the difference and I am thankful for them both!
