High Five Award in Recognition of: Mark Morissette

I received a call today from a Casco retail customer who wanted to recognize the excellent customer service she received from Mark Morissette. The woman is disabled and needed some extra assistance and in her words, “Mark went way above the call of duty and is an excellent representative of Hancock Lumber”. She went on to say that if she owned a business she would steal him away.
Mark, great job going the extra mile and providing exceptional service. This is what separates Hancock Lumber from the rest!
