I had the pleasure of talking with one of our customers Bill who wanted to be sure that he let me know he only shops at Hancock Lumber because of the quality of our lumber but most importantly because of our people and the service they provide. He informed me of the wonderful customer service Caleb and Mark provided him today and is coming back to order his 8 windows for his next project for his home since he is now retired. Great job to Caleb and Mark as I appreciate the customer experience they provide each of our customers everyday.
