High Five Award in Recognition of: Mark Morissette

I recently went to the Casco store to find a screen slider to match one I purchased in December. After purchasing and getting it home, it did not fit. I brought it back to the Casco store. I explained the situation to Mark and thought that would be the end of it and I’d be waiting for a new screen sliding door for who knows how long.
Mark was genuinely curious as to why it wouldn’t fit and told me he would drive over in the afternoon to see what the issue was. He put the screen door in his own truck and met me at our condo as promised in the afternoon. He said regrettably the slider was the older model and this sliding screen door was for the newer model. He had an idea of modifying it, as he was concerned about when the availability of a new screen sliding door would be. What was truly amazing was he offered to take the screen sliding door with him, drive it to a vendor company of Hancock’s that could cut it down to fit, and then return it to my condo and install it to ensure it fit.
I could hardly believe my ears that he would go so over and above to ensure my happiness with a Hancock purchase. When I asked what I could do to compensate him, he said, “Hancock just truly likes to make sure their customers are happy.” I am still stunned at how much Mark Morrisette did to help me with this purchase.
Please know that you have an employee who truly cares about reflecting on your company well and will go over and above to do so.
