Working at the Casco Mill can be challenging. It’s hard work, but it’s rewarding. You’re coming into a really big family here. Once you get to know everybody, it makes it worth it to come in and it’s not a chore to come to work. It was my first time being part of a big team like this and I wasn’t sure how it was going to go. The teamwork aspect and the people really grew on me and I’ve loved that kind of work ever since.
