The Casco Retail & Bargain Barn Team is thrilled to announce Erik Coolbroth as Employee of the Year for 2025! Since joining the team in June of 2022, Erik has consistently gone above and beyond in every aspect of his work.

One of Erik’s commendable attributes is his unwavering dedication to excellence in customer service. He consistently produces high-quality work and takes on new challenges with enthusiasm and a positive attitude. Erik embodies our core values of teamwork, integrity, and safety. He consistently demonstrates a willingness to collaborate with others, and a drive for continuous improvement. His kindness and willingness to help makes him someone others turn to when they need a helping hand.

Not only does Erik excel in his individual contributions, but he also shows genuine care for his work environment and his fellow teammates by going out of his way to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the team.
