Kevin Hancock Visits Pine Ridge

2013_Jul_HancockHouse2

Kevin Hancock visits the Hancock House his company donated on the Res at Pine Ridge

In August 2013, our company president, Kevin Hancock, returned to South Dakota to see the progress on the house build that Hancock Lumber donated  earlier in the year–and, to continue his quest to learn more about modern day life on the reservation. Kevin is currently writing a book that will be published in late 2014 that follows the past and current day Oglala Sioux tribe living on Pine Ridge.

Click here to watch a video from his recent trip, including footage and photos from the annual Oglala Sioux Tribe PowWow

You can also hear a radio interview Kevin did while in South Dakota, talking about the project by clicking here
