My wife, Jane, and I want to thank Ed again for his help today in readjusting the Classics window at our home in Gardner. We appreciate his patience in trying to guide us on the telephone on how to make this adjustment ourselves and then his extra effort to stop by our house later to make the fix when it was clear that we weren’t understanding how to do it. Thanks also for the Hancock Lumber t-shirts which we will wear proudly!
