Even though he had the list of our concerns, Joe went out of his way to look at all our windows and doors to assure everything was in proper working order and made several repairs that I had no idea were necessary. He essentially did a ‘whole house tune-up’! In addition, he walked me through a few tips to keep the windows and doors in peak performance and took the time to have my wife try the door and lock adjustments he made to assure they were not too tight for her to operate. This personal touch is very special.
I compliment Joe on his professionalism and approach to customer satisfaction. If we need additional work done on our windows and doors, I will certainly call Hancock Lumber for the job and ask for Joe.
