Representatives at Andersen Windows, Inc. recognized Hancock Lumber with the window company’s 2014 award for outstanding customer service.This commendation recognizes the Andersen dealers that demonstrate customer satisfaction and experience excellence in support of the Andersen® brand throughout 2014. The criteria was 150 or more jobs completed, with 100% in-home satisfaction and 97% overall satisfaction. Across the entire United States and dealers representing Andersen Windows + Doors, Hancock Lumber was one of only TWO companies in the entire nation to earn this accolade.
