Maintenance Supervisor
Tim is the Maintenance Supervisor for the facility and exhibits every characteristic Team Hancock looks for in an employee—he is engaged, personable, and dedicated. Fully committed to ensuring our equipment is in good working condition, always open to new ideas or alternatives, and constantly seeking the input of those around him—Tim does it all with a smile. Tim has shown tremendous growth in the years he has been at Madison Mill, while continuing to develop his management and leadership skills.
