From the beginning, it was clear from Scott’s personality that he would fit right in at Hancock. Scott took no time stepping up to learn every single job at the store where he started. He always asked follow questions about why we did stuff. He is a natural idea factory. In just a few years he raised his hand to run Casco Retail (in a time of need). It needed a lot of personal care and attention…which Scott gave it. A few years after that he took on the same challenge as GM in Brunswick. And now, he has taken on a new challenge at the ROC.
As you all know Scott is in the perfect position. His coaching style, attention to detail, and dedication to finding solutions is unparalleled. He has raised the Helpdesk Bar is a new level and he is having the time of his life in his perfect job. Scott was not afraid at each opportunity to take a risk knowing Hancock had his back.
We are so glad Scott is on Team Hancock and willing to try jobs—always looking (and learning) for the best fit!
