Duncan Oickle

Duncan is Wolfeboro’s 2022 ‘Employee of the Year’ first and foremost because he is safe.  His desire to follow the safety protocols we put in place keep him and his coworkers as safe as possible.  This year was a year of transition in Wolfeboro, and it was not without its obstacles.  Duncan proved to be invaluable, stepping up to help during any situation, doing whatever was asked of him without complaint—and, always with a positive, happy demeanor that makes the workplace enjoyable. A desire to want to make the team better, his overall can-do attitude, and his safety record made selecting Duncan as Wolfeboro’s employee of the year an easy choice. Thank you, and congratulations, Duncan!
