My career at Hancock Lumber started just over eight years ago as a Pine Pro. After experiencing Hancock’s culture and enjoying my workdays, I knew this was where I wanted to stay. Putting 100% effort into my work every day, I received the same support back from managers and co-workers who encouraged me to pursue additional training and roles. Many times, my supervisor saw my potential before I did. I’m very thankful for my opportunities here and excited to continue this new journey as a supervisor— but even more excited to help others grow and succeed the same way I have.

Kayla started her design career in 2022 when she was hired as a Kitchen & Bath Designer at a small retail store in her hometown of Berlin, NH. It was there that she realized how much passion she had for the profession. Kayla loves to step in at any point in the process, whether it be designing a brand-new space, remodeling, or anything in-between. She has broad product knowledge in the materials and finishes used in kitchens, baths, and other areas of the home.The love of design fuels Kayla in her ongoing effort to stay current in this constantly evolving field. Using her ability to create a space that is beautiful and functional is always the goal. Outside of work, Kayla loves to spend time with her family.
