Team Yarmouth Receives Customer Shout Out! Please read this customer letter in response to Paul Wainman’s 5/27/20 builder email update:
First, I love getting the updates.
I live and most of my work is in Yarmouth. Yarmouth is my primary location and I can only comment on my experience in Yarmouth.
I wanted to let you know that the staff, at all levels, have been amazing! Not once would I have thought things were different if I did not know.
Everyone is as friendly, nice, helpful, and smiling as normal.
No matter who it is, from Harland, to Arthur, Brenda, Sarah, or Cassidy inside, they are as helpful kind, and genuine as ever.
My Rep, Eric Stevenson, also has not let Covid get in the way either. Eager to help and accommodate the fluidity of the work environment we are all operating in. Everyone in the yard Jim, Reese, Joe, and everyone else (I am embarrassed to say I am drawing a blank on everyone’s name – long warm day of work) –they too are as helpful and friendly as ever.
I could not do my work as well as I do without the help and quality of people at Hancock Lumber…Covid or no Covid!!!

Nate Gallant Customer Recognizes Kennebunk Team Member, Andy Bergeron
One of our customers, Dale, called Nate Gallant to compliment DriverPro, Andy Bergeron, on a job well done. Andy pulled into his house at 5:30 pm at the end of a long, hot day with a smile on his face. Andy took the time to wait for Dale to move his trailer. Andy drove the material around the back of the house and put the material closer to the project. This saved Dale from having to move all the material by hand. Even Dale’s wife was impressed, as he navigated around the flower beds! Thank you, Andy, for always going above and beyond!
Working Collaboratively to Get the Job Done – Thank You, Jerome Herrick
Windham General Manager, Ray Collet, recognized Kennebunk Logistics Manager, Jerome Herrick, for assisting with a Windham delivery. Jerome made arrangements to help make a delivery with their Moffett truck that couldn’t be made safely with a boom truck!! This is what team work is all about and servicing our customers safely – great job!

Customer Service Success Stories: Thank you, Rob Riley, Chris Briggette, and Devin Harding
Store Lead, Terrie McDaniel gave Project Pro, Rob Riley a virtual high-five shout out recently for providing great customer service by going above to mediate and fix a customer issue. He saw the problem and had a solution to take care of our customer.
Another shout out in Kennebunk came from Mindy F., a customer who called our Kennebunk store raving about her experience with two employees, Chris Briggette and Devin Harding. Mindy called to recognize the absolutely amazing customer service she received in the yard from Chris, stating that she’ll be coming back because of this service with her deck package. She also raved about the customer service she received from Devin at the counter. Thank you, Chris and Devin!
