Please join us in celebrating two of our employees and their recent promotions to outside sellers!
Kara Brochu has been a member of Team Hancock for over 13 years, starting as a Counter Pro in Bridgton and advancing through the years to Inside Sales Support, Project Pro, and now an Account Manager handling outside sales in Windham. Kara will apply her exceptional building materials knowledge and customer relationships to service some of Western Maine’s finest builders.
Evan Beaulieu is a star at our Brunswick store, wearing every hat necessary to help operations and customer service run smoothly over the years. Evan’s creativity, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail have helped him earn this important role on Brunswick’s outside sales team as an Account Manager. He’s built a career from the ground up and we look forward to his future at Hancock Lumber.
Congratulations to these talented employees on earning Account Manager positions through their hard work, enthusiasm and dedicated effort on their career journeys at Hancock Lumber!
Where do you fit into this picture? The answer is entirely up to you. The opportunities are limitless for individuals who work hard, have a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a team. Hancock Lumber’s business philosophy is based upon attracting and recruiting the most talented people in our industry and then putting them in a position where they can run our company. Hancock Lumber, is looking for leaders, not employees. We manage a very open and decentralized company where every member of our team is involved in the decision-making process and asked to be a leader.
“An organization’s true value is not defined by revenue growth or profitability. Those are important metrics for our business, but they are outcomes of a higher purpose. The real mission is to enhance the lives of the people who work here.”
