Maggie Small

Tiny Homes of Maine congratulates Maggie Small as the 2025 Employee of the Year! Maggie is a natural problem solver who stays curious, asks great questions, and is quick to learn anything that helps the team or the customer.

Her fun, engaging personality makes her enjoyable to work with and she brings energy and positivity to support the team in whatever way she can. She is resourceful and open to trying new things—and, even if she doesn’t know the answer, she’s determined to figure it out!

Customer support is where she truly shines. She guides people through the tiny home process with kindness, patience, and a deep understanding of needs, ensuring that each customer is heard and supported from initial inquiry to final delivery. Many customers mention how much they appreciate her warmth, honesty, and genuine care.
