When the network went down in North Conway, Butch troubleshot the issue with a battery backup and got them up and running until longer term repairs could be made. On a subsequent day, when the phone system went down for all of New Hampshire, Butch assisted us in tracing wires and restarting network gear and succeeded in restoring service. Thank you!!
