Stephan joined Team Hancock in 2020, and he has shown growth on both personal and professional levels consistently year-over-year. Over the last year, the Brunswick logistics team has dramatically improved in areas that Stephan has a direct influence on—from customer service, team culture, accuracy of loads leaving, and efficiency, Stephan has made a tremendous impact.
