In early October, Mainely Trusses hosted a Truss Manufacturers’ Roundtable, welcoming eight different component manufacturers from across the country to tour our facility in Fairfield. Attendees came together from various parts of the country—from owners and production managers to general managers and design managers—for two-days of touring, learning, collaboration, idea-sharing, and more.
The group toured Hancock Lumber’s Mainely Trusses facility, gaining firsthand insight into the company’s operations, processes, and culture of shared leadership. Following the tour, attendees shared their observations — and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive.
