I have been having a lot of problems with another supplier on a project. I decided to work with you folks in Augusta and I ended up working with Tim Lord. He’s been amazing and exactly the type of service that one would expect. I just wanted to share that I’m having a very positive experience, and it was so remarkably different than what I was getting elsewhere.
