I asked Tom to contact a homeowner to help assess a problem with her house. Tom called, made an appointment and visited the home. The homeowner was extremely impressed with Tom as he was able to recommend a contractor to fix the problem. Tom went above and beyond to help this customer and they called me back to let me know how happy they were. Well done Tom!
