Hancock Lumber and Habitat for Humanity represent a long-standing and lasting partnership. In our latest collaboration, our team committed to donate 100% of the building materials for a complete house annually—and, extended discounted pricing for all other homes.
Habitat brings people together to build homes, communities and hope. Their enduring model provides home ownership through accessible and affordable financing and their ability to organize volunteers helps provide low- to no-cost labor.
In mid-May, members of Team Hancock attended the dedication ceremony for two of the newest homes in a development the Greater Portland chapter is constructing in South Portland. Many people gathered to celebrate the event including Senator Collins and Erin Plummer + Kevin Hall from Team Hancock.
