Amanda helped me through picking and finding materials for rebuilding the stairs in our home. We are DIYers and never built stairs before so I had a lot of questions and was trying to find the right product in our budget. Amanda was incredibly patient! Her responses were quick and answered exactly what I asked and more. She explored options for me that I didn’t think of and sent me catalog links so I could see what I was looking at. Scheduling a quick delivery was also a need and she ensured that my materials landed at my house in time for our project weekend. Each phone call with her was cheerful and knowledgeable – the perfect combination to chat with, so easy to talk to!
