I wanted to shout out Noah for not only working incredibly hard and helping out a teammate’s customers, but also for teaching us all at the store and helping us improve. For example, I recently made a comment that I wish I could just look at a piece of wood and know what it is. Noah started consistently pulling samples and pointing out the differences and easy tells to help me learn. When I had follow-up questions like “what if the wood has been stained?” he taught me the best way to get passed that. Yesterday he pulled a cut kit for Trex and was explaining to both Michelle and I what comes in it and answered any questions we had. He doesn’t just tell us what it is for but why it is like that. I have learned so many little things since he has been up here! Thanks for being a great teammate, Noah!
