2022 was a very busy year that came with its own industry opportunities and challenges (that we worked hard to tackle together!) Despite the continued tough supply chain trends, we are proud to announce that Team Hancock produced a 95.3% OTIF (on-time and in-full) score for 2022! Across our 11 lumberyards and over 23,000 journeys (the number of times a freighted truck leaves our yard), our team delivered to job sites on time and in full 95.3% of the time. On-time and in-full is our customers’ number one priority, so that makes it ours too. Our OTIF grading process is a quality assurance system we use to score getting the right products to the right customers at the right time….on every delivery. So, YES, our Logistics Managers actually do grade every single delivered sales order for OTIF. They also have a series of on time and in full reason codes to track where the failures are!
Freighted

It’s not rare to see a fully freighted load of our made-in-Maine wall panels roll out of our Windham location, which houses our wall panel shop!
While it may look like our team at Mainely Trusses was snacking on cheetos while building these bright orange trusses, they were not! This custom order of fire treated trusses was freighted and sent off for immediate job site installation.

Our Mainely Trusses team in Fairfield is always ready to roll! Freighted loads travelled to Turner, Pittston, Dresden, New Harbor, Harrison, Sangerville, Jackman and beyond!
