Employees Celebrate Various Years of Service!

At the start of each year, Hancock Lumber recognizes employees in our sawmills, retail stores and administrative office who will celebrate various years of service. While the plaques have not been officially presented to employees yet, Kevin Hancock, sent out a company-wide email this morning we just had to share. Stay tuned as we’ll post recipients celebrating these milestone years of service!  Happy New Year!

Hello!Best Places to Work in Maine, Hancock Lumber, Administrative Office, Casco, Maine

So this morning I just signed all of the 2015 ‘Year of Service’ award certificates.
It gave me ‘chills’ to sit there and, one at a time, look at each name celebrating a 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 or 45th year of service to Hancock Lumber!!!
WE HAVE SO MUCH EXPERIENCE IN THIS COMPANY; SO MANY COMMITTED LONG-TERM LEADERS!!
It is really inspiring to stop and look at.  Each name is important!  Each single person makes a big impact!

Just wanted to share this with everyone…you can celebrate the members of your team at your quarterly meeting coming soon!
Congratulations!
