After graduating from Connecticut College with a BA in Studio Art/Photography, Hope completed a carpentry program at trade school in Boston. Following 10-years of working as a carpenter in the western Boston suburbs, she moved to Maine to start a design-build company with her husband. The duo focused on designing kitchens and additions, along with building and installing cabinetry on older homes in the Seacoast area. Outside of work, Hope loves cooking, walking her dog, and playing in her glass fusing studio. An artist, business owner, and designer Hope brings tremendous experience and passion in designing and creating vibrant interior spaces.

With over 30-years of experience, Val has grown up in the business—from being a countertop fabricator to an office manager for New Hampshire’s largest countertop fabricator, working with a custom cabinet maker and finally getting into design which she’s been doing for the last 20-years. Val’s hands-on experience enables her to not only create a beautiful design, but also ensure the installers can successfully build the space correctly in the field. After two decades of designing, Val still gets excited when she sees her customer’s face admiring the space they created together. Taking what they imagine and making it real never gets old. In her free time, Val camps, hikes, rides a Harley, plays guitar, is a beekeeper, and loves Yoga.
