Window Service
Hancock Lumber provides after-sale and post-installation onsite service for all of the major windows lines we sell. Whether your window is a standard double-hung Hancock Classic, or a special purchase round-top Andersen, our expert staff can provide you with service and warranty support after the sale.
Our staff has access to dedicated account representatives from each window manufacturer to provide supplemental training and to help resolve issues. In addition, we are able to contact manufacturer technicians via speical hotlines dedicated to window dealers, as well as through websites that are designed to get your issues resolved quickly and efficiently.
We primarily provide general repair solutions on our window products after installation, including providing you with parts and information, should you choose to perform the service work yourself. It is always our goal that you be 100% satisfied with your window purchase.
Training
Our window technicians receive regular and ongoing training from all our manufacturers. The training sessions provide us with the opportunity to learn comprehensive skills and obtain valuable resources from product specialists and service experts. Many training sessions are held at the manufacturers' home facilities, which gives us an opportunity to see behind-the-scenes of the production facilites where your windows are made.
Fast Response
Once you contact our office with a request for help with your window product, our goal is to be in contact with you again within one business day. If we need to come on-site to resolve your isse, we will arrange that site visit on our first call with you. Every issue that comes up is targeted for resolution within seven days of your first call. If our service work is delayed by service materials or other delays, we will complete the work on your windows within two days following receipt of the materials.
